Inclusion, Employment and Training
Designed for link workers, it enables young people between 15 and 34 years old who are inactive and/or not involved in education or training to access community outreach networks.
It provides a map of territorial resources including job opportunities and training opportunities, cultural, sporting, social and volunteering opportunities that enable young people to take a first step towards more active participation in community life.
The network operators are supported by STARTin' in the co-creation of individual and customised pathways for each young person with the aim of increasing their personal well-being and level of social and labour inclusion.
STARTin' was developed within the framework of the European project COPE.
